Delivery and payment arrangements

The buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the option to pay for the product by using the payment tools built into the Internet service or by paying the corresponding invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. The seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 20 days after receiving the payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the buyer.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • Ordered goods cannot be returned if they are DAMAGED through no fault of ours, or signs of USE.

  • The ordered goods are SHIPPED directly to the Buyer after the order is PAID, before placing the order you MUST COMPARE the measurements in the size tables. IF correction is needed, if the child's waist does not match according to our size table, write in NOTES to the order, (for example, the child's waist in CM.)

  • Item will NOT be returned if no measurements are compared in the description, in our size charts.

  • WHEN making a purchase, YOU confirm the TERMS.

The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods, by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller, or by agreement in writing. A rejection letter form is sent by the Seller if it is not sewn according to the table of the clothes we manufacture. The buyer is obliged to deliver the goods to the seller within 7 days after sending the letter of refusal. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of refusal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, made according to individual measurements, careless handling of the product during use or not following the instructions, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

All items in Punjuri are handmade.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If for any reason, Your purchase is not satisfactory, the item must be returned within 3 days after you received Your purchase. It has to be returned in the original condition! I will refund You the full amount, less shipping charges.

We ship with registered mail.
You will find tracking number in your "order details" page after the package will be shipped out. Orders are traceable in most countries.
According to Latvian Post shipping takes:

* EU: up to 1-2 weeks
* US: up to 2-4 weeks
* Elsewhere: 2-6 weeks;
(If left unclaimed Usually held in post office for around 2 weeks before the package gets sent back. The aforementioned time-frame is approximate and can differ depending on your local Post Policies)

Expedited shipping via Express Mail Service (EMS):
*EU 5-7 business days
*US 7-10 business days
*UK 7-10 business days
*Canada 7-11 business days
*Australia 8-15 business days
*Russia 5-17 business days

Both A class and Expedited shipping come with tracking numbers provided

In case you are choosing expedited shipping option please do not forget to leave your phone number in "note to seller"- it is requested by the delivery company should they need to contact you.

Please note that we cannot affect work of postal services as there is a chance that postal office could experience some holdups that could increase delivery time.

For USPS customers - your parcel will NOT be left on the porch, but instead it will be necessary to signed for it. If addressee will not be at home at the delivery moment, a notification of delivery attempt will be left by the postman and you will need to set a re-delivery by phone or visit the post office in person to receive the parcel.

If you have not received your item in 40 days, please contact to Your local post office and inform them that You are expecting a parcel (you will need the tracking number provided in the order details to identify shipment) - They might have more information , and also- sometimes your item is in the post, but the notification is not sent.
You can also check tracking information online, - but since such services are getting information from the forms filled by post you will be able to get more detail from the first hands- your local Post Office.
Orders are not considered "Lost" in transit until the following amount of time has passed:
European Union: 21 days past shipping date;
International: 50 days past shipping date.

Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to returned items and reshipping if their address is incorrect.
Please make sure your  shipping address is correct and you can receive the package!
